cycling through vertices in properties dialog - make nodes highlight?

When cycling through the vertices in of a POLYGON, is it possible to hilite the respective node in the drawing? Or show their numbers (index)?

A faint circle and cross will hop.

Indeed, very faint. I didn't recognize it in the first place
. And it disappears once the cursor has moved away from the vertex listbox into the drawing area and it doesn't come back once the cursor is moved back into the property editor. Is it possible to increase visibility of that crosshair marker?

Ask the creator.
Probably yes or enter a feature request.
Tryout AppPrefs/Graphics View/Colors.
