I am designing some decals for a model aircraft and need to print white text on a rectangle filled with black background. The general paper background is white as all the other elements are printed "any color" on white background.
I tried to create a polyline rectangle and then use that to create a solid filled black hatch. That gave me the black box I needed.
Then I have added the relevant text on top of the rectangle - but no matter what I do, the text never shows up. I have tried different color combinations of the hatch and text, as well as bringing one or the other to the foreground or background.
Is there any way to do this? Thanks
(Using QCAD Professional 3.24.3.0 (3.24.3) on Windows)
