How to distinguish better the enabled or disabled state in QCAD dark Mode?

There was reported an issue with FlexPainter ....
That one couldn't figure out how to set certain options.
Or that one can't see certain thing clear
In Dark Mode:
In Normal Mode:
All rather obvious in Normal Mode ...
Found no scripting solutions with QWidgets palette nor with QWidgets stylesheet.
DarkMode supersedes that what can be altered with scripts.
Stick to Normal.
