Set up help
New at this and have what is most likely a set up mistake. I think l am set up for a 1 to 1 drawing scale but when I put dimensions in the are way big. Like should be 16 inches but shows 85 feet.

What is your drawing unit?
Is the drawing drawn in 1:1?
Is the drawing drawn in 1:1?

When you launch the dim tools an option bar pops up. Is the chosen scale 1"=1"?

In addition, you might want to check that your snap is on and that snap is set to .1 or some other preferred value. Otherwise it's hit or miss.
