Hello Illustrators,
I want to be able to change line widths, but I can only do that in Qcad when a drawing has been made with the polyline tools.
I myself am not very good with the polyline part of Qcad, I am better with the loose buttons such as line, arc and circle.
My question is: can you convert a number of contiguous line segments into a polyline so that I can set the line thickness afterwards?!?!.

Easy, select the line entities that you want to create a polyline from, then select the menu item Draw>Polyline>Polyline from Selection, or use the shortcut OC

Line widths can be controlled for any entity, typically through layers:
