Duplicate Layout Blocks?

Every time I try doing it, I get a message in the command box stating that is not possible.

What is the closest thing to doing a duplicate?

I can make new layout blocks for sheets, I just want to know if there is a way with a bit less fuss than making a new layout block, changing sheet size and changing scale.
For those who are curious, my username is the model number of the first blue-beam laser pointer I bought.

Indeed, Layouts are excluded for some unexplained reason ... :|

I only can not say if it is fully developed.
It was not adopted by Andrew.

Remark that it is listed among the Block tools and has shortcut '22'.
