Hi,
I ran into a strange issue with Qcad. It seems when I add a view port to the drawing using “VT” and add to the paper it will limit the selection in model space to the size of the paper. Here is a link to a video of the issue as I am using the selection, IP, and dimension (small rectangle is paper size) https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/vteyylr7 ... a5z5b&dl=0. The curser in model space when positioned in the paper size (0,0 – 17,11) will work as expected but outside that area it is difficult to select any points and the “IP” command will not show the numbers. This has been an issue in both 3.29.2 and my current version 3.29.4 on windows 11. I cannot understand why the paper size appears to affect model space.
I did a clean install and reset the config file. So, it should be clean. Steps so far to try to correct: Reset Qcad, new install and new config file. Tried both 3.29.2 and 3.29.4. Before drawing viewport, all works as expected. Save-close drawing and reopen, which does help but returns after working in the layout block.
Nothing has returned this to normal. It may be related to another post: https://ribbonsoft.com/rsforum/viewtopi ... 955#p43716 . Any information or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
