Cant open a file

Cant open a file

I am a long time Q-cad Pro user. My version is 3.10.0 My coworkers are Draftsight users. We have a file compatibility issue. I can create a drawing, send it to a coworker, they make some changes then send it back. Once I get it, I can no longer open it in Q-cad. I get the error "Can not open file Please check your access rights, file format and file extensions" Also, they have other files that where created in Graphite that I can not open either. Same error message. This is a huge problem for me as I do not want to switch to Draftsight. Please help!

P.S. I tried to upload one of these files but it's too large. I'd be happy to e-mail it so someone if they are willing to help?

I've sent the file via E-mail. It's named "Barstock"
