Dear Qcad Friends,
I have upgraded my computer and noticed the following:
When I "hover over" one of the menu items, it does not "highlight" anymore. What I mean is that, before clicking a menu item, it use to indicate that it is about to be clicked. This does not work since my update. Am I missing something, a setup item or so, or is this a bug in the program? The rest of the program works fine, just this little annoyance...
My setup is:
Qcad 3.16.4 64 bit
Linux Mint 18 xfce
Thanks for your help...

Re: Interface Problem?...
Hi Jan,
hmmmmm, it works fine on my Win System.
To have this Info effect with "hover over" QCAD needs to be the "Active Program". I assume that's the same with Linux, isn't it?

Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

Re: Interface Problem?...
Yes, that's the same with Linux. What's interesting is that some buttons work, others do not. The "Save" button does work, in that it saves the file, but it does not change the "Save" button when I click on it. I did not have this with a previous version of Qcad...
Re: Interface Problem?...
jancarel: Starting with version 3.16, QCAD uses the default Qt GUI style available on your system.
To revert to the previous behavior, you can start QCAD with:
./qcad -style plastique

Re: Interface Problem?...
Hi Andrew, thanks for this tip. It now works fine. I do prefer this "old" interface. Qcad is a great program, I use it a lot...
