Is there a way to rotate the label text on vertically aligned dims?
I'm attaching my own drawing and an example of what I'm trying to do.
Many thanks,
Jen

Re: Horizontal dims text
Hi Jen - welcome to thw QCAD Forum.
I would consider your idea more a kind of annotation - not as a dim feature. But you can use the Dim composition for this annotation.
Place the DIM, explode it and you can modify the single entities like text, arrows etc. as you need it.

Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

Hi Husky,
Thanks for the welcome, and thanks for your time answering.
I prefer the dimension lines over the leaders; your suggestion works perfectly for me.
