OB (Best practice)
and D2 are failing all trials in the file.

It boils down to:
A) With an open polyline:
- An ending node ... Best practice is Delete Node (OD)
- Cut up (DI) at vertex and delete is the most certain option
- Break out Manual (B2) knowing the orientaion.
B) With a closed polyline:
- Cut up (DI) at vertex and delete is the most certain option
- Break out Manual (B2)

OB = Intended behavior = Not intended to cut out segments.
B2 = Intended behavior (The poly doesn't intersect with anything)
