Disappearing ruler numbers

I have an issue with this file where the number values along both my X and Y rulers appear and disappear as I pan left-to-right or zoom in and out. I can't seem to recreate this with a different file. Any ideas?
QCAD 3.26.1
Win10 Pro

Confirmed with your file on Win7 32bit QCAD PRO 3.26 win installer

Thanks Andrew.
I should mention that the "seating" block came from a really old file that was originally created with LibreCAD. I can't imagine a discrepancy in the way LibreCAD may have written that DXF would cause this issue but I thought I'd mention it.

It is nothing in the file but the used unit and grid ...
One can follow the bug fix and see that it is just some math
