Hello guys,
How can i do this in new versio of qCad?
Older version this was no problem, but how now?
And same to when 0-layer is locked, then I can't unlock sublayer? Why or how?

Uncheck the preference:
Edit > Application Preferences > Widgets > Layer List > Switching off means freeze

Yesss, problem found
When you click the "hide all" button, you will not be able to show individual layers if the 0-layer is hidden.
But if you hide all the layers one by one, then you can make one layer visible.
The same button causes a problem locking layers that do not work properly after you press the button.
