[solved] dwg files heavy to handle
Posted: Wed Jan 19, 2022 10:53 pm
Hello,
I receive dwg files with plans from an architectural office (which uses Vectorworks). These dwg files are terribly heavy to handle with Qcad.
Zooming, drawing lines, saving the file, ... is very painful).
The size of the file is however reasonable (1.7 Mo)
architectural plans : I am used to working with dwg plans sometimes much heavier (5 - 10 Mb) and I don't encounter these problems.
Thank you for your advice to be able to work in a more "comfortable" way.
QCAD version: 3.27.1.0
Qt version: 5.14.2
OS: Linux
OS version: 20.04
