Proprietary code

Hi all.

I'm going to package QCad for Fedora using the code provided by your GitHub project. However, i'm still not sure if that code provides or doesn't provide proprietary code:
QCAD - The Open Source 2D CAD. QCAD is a crossplatform CAD solution for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. It supports the DXF format and optionally the DWG format (through a proprietary plugin). http://www.qcad.org
If it does, where is proprietary code ? And, can i remove it without compromising QCad functions?

Thanks.

Thanks for your intention to package the QCAD Community Edition.

The repository on github only contains the sources of the QCAD Community Edition. Proprietary functionality is provided in QCAD Professional as plugins. This code is not hosted on github.

For license details of all the various code and other resources on github, please refer to the LICENSE.txt file:

Yes. These are only examples provided for documentation. You may include those example plugins or skip them.

PS: actually I'd recommend to skip the example plugin as it is a transaction listener and might slow down QCAD.
I've updated the plugin info accordingly to better identify this example plugin:
