A little bit concerned

Post by TSG » Mon Oct 31, 2016 12:40 pm

Hi Andrew

the last QCAD update was on August 22nd. Nothing else happened since then. This is absolutely uncommon.
Should your customers be concerned about anything?

I am aware that there hasn't been a release in the last two months. However, this should not be seen as unusual as major refactoring or other major changes or updates take more time than bug fix releases or minor updates.

To stay informed about upcoming changes and additions, please refer to our change log at:
http://www.qcad.org/en/changelog

The next release will most likely be 3.16.0 and is scheduled to be released in the coming weeks.

In addition, I would like to add that most other CAD programs will give an update for new features or bug releases yearly!
For the best support please state your operating system, QCAD version and add any supporting DXF/DWG files, screenshots etc...
