QCAD not starting up

I have an issue with QCAD not starting up when opening a file or even opening the application. Previously had the trial version for a couple of years recently upgraded to professional version November 2017 worked fine for rest of the year. Tried using yesterday and simply wont start up. have tried uninstalling/re-installing, deleting all QCAD files starting fresh downloading again, tried trial version again to no avail nothing will work. Please help need this software for business use.

You are on which OS? Did you reset QCAD?

If not please reset QCAD but first make a backup of the QCAD3.ini or QCAD3.conf. Very important - don"t mix QCAD installations. Use always an empty or new folder.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.
If a thread is considered as "solved" please change the title of the first post to "[solved] Title..."
