I don't know its proper name - so I took a screen capture of it. It's that little red circle with the cross inside - it tends to move around as I create lines and whatnot. Sometimes the object isn't where I'd like it to be and I get stuck. First off, what is its name? And, second, how can I move it beforehand (before I draw something)?
EDIT: 32 seconds after posting this I found it. There's a little button that when hovered over says, "set relative zero". Looks like that's how move the relative zero.
How do I move this?

I've attached a screen capture showing the Set Relative Zero button.
