Drawing paper scale

Post by Carl » Mon Oct 26, 2020 4:08 am

Hi ... 'Been using QCAD for a few months & produce drawings that work for me. Today, I upgraded to v 3.25.2 to start a new schematic site plan for a bldg. - Lets say the dirt site is 1350 ft x 700 ft. - The closest paper scale to choose via the drop down menu is 1 in = 2048 in. but the image for 11x17 paper is a bit small. - I'd like to print the drawing @ scale 1 in <= 2000 in to see how a larger image can print on 11" x17". (I tried 1024, but the image is to BIG for 11x17; I tried 4096, but the image is way to small.- How do I adjust scale to 1:2000 ? - (I looked but could not find a blog post that referenced this) - I use Linux Mint ... The scale drop down field will accept your customized scale - just type in 1" = 2000".
