Any idea when QCAD Pro will ship with QT6?
I would like to use the newer version of ECMAScript that comes with QT6 - in particular the map function. The MapCompat implemented in QCAD has poor performance for lookup - one of the main reasons to use a map/dictionary.
The build of QCAD community edition I have done with the QT6 from the source provides the ECMAScript Map but I have no way to get the Pro features in that.
Any information would be helpful.

Re: QCAD Pro with QT6
I had seen those posts. Unfortunately I do not know of a way to build quad pro - only the community edition.
The version of qcad pro available for download does not support qt6.
The snapshots are only of the community edition.
What am I missing? I see no way to get a version of qcad pro built with qt6 or to build qcad pro. Any information would be helpful.

Re: QCAD Pro with QT6
You can not, QCAD Pro tools, methods, JS scripts, libraries and all related are proprietary.
Read the topics content and advice by Andrew carefully.
As a license holder with access to your personal download page, you can instead use a QCAD Pro Snapshot said to already built with Qt6.
Another note by Andrew:
'Snapshots are packages with the current development version of QCAD.
Snapshots should be considered unstable and are not intended for production use.'

No need to get snippy. I did read it carefully and just reiterated what I had read.
What I missed was the ability to download snapshots of the pro version using the same link that I downloaded my pro copy. Reminding me of this would have been useful and was all I was looking for.

My original question remains unanswered. Is there any plan for when QCAD pro will be released using QT6? I have not found any publication of future release plans and do not know if such a thing exists.
