Selection is allowed, but the entities on locked layers are not modified, can you confirm?
I confirm.
its only a selection issue if it is an issue at all.
Not all the modify ... functions have this behaviour.
Not served with the degration to 'Suggestion'.
Demanded closing FS#1759 & re-entered as FS#1762
